BOATING SEASON BEGINS
Boating season is here! As you clean and polish
your boat for the summer remember, as a Newport Cove property owner, you are entitled
to lease boat slips from our private marina. Yes, even before your home is built,
you and your boat are welcome to lease slips for the 2007 boating season. Twenty-four-foot,
white Mod-U-Dock piers are being installed along the new sea wall. Boat slips
will be leased for $1,450 per season, guaranteed through 2008. These low maintenance
piers will set the stage for boatloads of summer fun along the Chain - just one
more reason you can vacation where you live as a resident at Newport Cove.
